Do you deliver outside the UK?

We currently only deliver within the UK. We’ll update our delivery options as we expand into the EU and beyond.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything is damaged or defective, contact us within 30 days of receipt with photos and we’ll work with you to resolve it.

How do I return a product?

Please contact us before returning any item so we can issue a returns approval number. Returns sent without approval cannot be processed or refunded.

Once approved, securely package the item and return it to the address provided at your own cost.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

Once your return is received and approved, refunds are typically processed within 10 business days. Bank processing times may vary.

Do you offer gift cards?

Not at the moment. However, you can still send an aluminibar® collection as a gift by entering a different delivery address at checkout.

How should the product be stored?

Store at room temperature and away from direct sunlight.

100% post-consumer recycled aluminium has a significantly lower carbon footprint than virgin aluminium. By reusing existing aluminium, we reduce the need for raw material extraction, lower CO2 emissions, and support a more circular economy.

While virgin aluminium is recyclable, its production generates substantial emissions and toxic waste, making 100% recycled aluminium is the responsible packaging choice.
