1. Age Verification

By placing an order for alcohol products on this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. We operate age verification practices in accordance with PAS 1296:2018 standards to ensure alcohol products cannot be purchased or received by persons under the age of 18.

We reserve the right to refuse delivery if we cannot verify that the recipient is 18 years or older. Proof of age may be required at the point of delivery.

2. Licensing

We hold all necessary licenses required to sell alcohol in accordance with the Licensing Act 2003 and remain in full compliance with all applicable licensing requirements for England and Wales.

3. Refunds & Returns

Due to the nature of alcohol products and licensing requirements, we can only accept returns of unopened products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Returns must comply with our refund policy and all applicable laws. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at using the contact form. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return cannot be accepted.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you confirmation instructions on how and where to send your package.

All costs of returns are at the customer’s expense, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is adequately packaged and protected.

If damage is not the agreed reason for the return being accepted, any damaged returns cannot be refunded and it is the customer's responsibility to take up the issue of compensation for the damage directly with the transport provider they used.

i) Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we will evaluate and propose a remedy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

ii) Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

iii) Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. 

If not approved, we will send reasons for the non-approval including any photographic evidence, where appropriate.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please use the contact form to contact us.

4. Delivery and Acceptance

Alcohol products must be delivered to and accepted by a person aged 18 or over. Our delivery partners are instructed to verify the age of the recipient and may request photographic identification. If no person aged 18 or over is available to accept delivery, the order will be returned and you may be charged a re-delivery fee.

All deliveries are made in compliance with applicable laws of our jurisdiction and your delivery jurisdiction.

5. Duty Stamps

Where required by law, all imported alcohol products include appropriate duty stamps in accordance with UK regulations.
