Six O'Clock Gin

Nearly 30 years ago, we began on a small fruit farm.

What started as a simple pursuit of flavour soon became a passion. We began crafting fruity liqueurs in small batches, experimenting with the fruits grown around us and discovering a talent for balance and depth.

In time, that same dedication led us to create a gin recipe — first developed as the base for our sloe gin. With each trial, we refined the blend, selecting botanicals with care and distilling with precision.

What emerged was a gin defined by clarity and character: refreshingly clean, beautifully balanced, and unmistakably ours.

With our roots firmly in our home city of Bristol, 6 O’clock Gin is spreading its wings. Widely available in quality outlets up and down the country, we’re now exporting to Europe, the USA, Canada, South-East Asia, and beyond. After all, it’s always 6 o’clock somewhere!
